Thank
you for visiting our West Wales Centre Website. A very warm welcome is extended
to WWCC Members, and
all caravanners, on behalf of
myself, as Chairman, and
all Officers & Main Committee
including our Sub-Committees. On
this Website you will find details of our Centre's Rallies
plus a host of
activities we have planned for the caravanning season 2009.
Your
Committee's number one priority at the moment is to get the
Rally Handbook completed. Although with the 'credit crunch' affecting our
advertisers, we are a little behind with this project, but
we hope to get the Handbook out in early January.

Happy New Year!!
|
|
On behalf of my
wife Jan and WWCC Committee Members, may I wish all Members
and their families, not forgetting our fellow caravanners
from other Centres, a very Happy
& Prosperous New Year.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone in
advance for the help and support they have pledged to
run our Welsh National Caravan Rally at Pembrey Country
Park.
Have a great time
rallying with us in 2009!

27th August - 1st
September 2009
|
| The
West Wales Centre is already preparing a fun-filled programme of
Competitions and Sporting Events for next year's Welsh
National Caravan Rally. Pembrey Country Park is an excellent venue
which boasts one of the cleanest beaches in Wales - with sand stretching over
8 miles along its coastline, whilst the glorious parkland has a host of
family attractions on offer.
|
|
| Our
line-up of top-class entertainment for the event includes International
Welsh Singing & Comedy Legend - Max Boyce and also Fat
Barry's Soul Band.

| The
Centre's Rally Programme
offers some old favourite venues and, as always, we will be visiting some new rally sites for the first time, to try to
introduce as much variety for Members as we are able. All West
Wales Centre Rallies are family-based, with the emphasis on
relaxation, meeting friends (old and new!), having a bit of fun and, of course,
travelling to the excellent, beautiful locations of Gower and
the surrounding countryside, including several great sites further
afield.
The West Wales Centre also
organises several Social Events
for our Members, families and friends throughout the season. Some
are usually held each year, such as our Annual Dinner Dance, which
is, by tradition, an evening of high-class entertainment and excellent food.
Our other annual event the Harvest Supper
is always extremely well-attended by Members. Booking
in advance, as with most of our special events, is highly
recommended to avoid disappointment, please contact any
Main
Committee Member for details.

Charity
Rally 2007
Our Charity Rally was, as usual, extremely well
supported by Members & Friends. Over £2,400.00
was raised and divided equally between our nominated
charities. |
